What is FreeHouse?
FreeHouse is an extension of our chiropractic wellness center to serve those in need in our community.

FreeHouse is a place to come for healing, hope, and a warm meal. It is open to those who are on limited, fixed incomes, those facing displacement or housing instability, and would not otherwise be able to afford our services. We see people of all ages - from infants to grandparents. We especially love seeing whole families.
Why Come?
Patients come to see us for a variety of reasons. Chiropractic care is a whole body approach to healthcare, and helps the body heal and recover from pain, headaches, injuries, as well as mental health conditions and sickness. Everyone can benefit from chiropractic care. Chiropractic adjustments influence your nervous system and improve your body's healing potential.
What is Offered?
To this community, we offer exams, x-rays when needed, and chiropractic adjustments for no charge. We ask that you prove your limited income status in our intake process. A warm meal will be offered at the clinic. Appointments in advance are required. At this time we do not have transportation services, but our office is very near the Park & Ride station in Plymouth.
Do I Qualify?
Individuals may qualify for FreeHouse based on their household income or if you or your dependent(s) participate in certain government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, Medicaid and others​​.
Expectations & Agreements
Revolution staff reserves the right to disqualify anyone from this program for reasons listed in our safety and agreements policy. Please complete the form below online. You can also download, print and sign it and bring to your first appointment.
When and Where does FreeHouse happen?
FreeHouse is located at Revolution Chiropractic Wellness Center: 10800 Old County Road 15, Plymouth MN (55441). Contact us at 763-425-4577 with questions.

FreeHouse takes place on Tuesday afternoons.
There will be three arrival times each Tuesday: 3pm, 4pm and 5pm. Please indicate your preferred time within the scheduling form below. Within your hour timeslot, it will be first come first serve. The clinic closes at 6pm.

Incoming New Patient Paperwork
We request paperwork to be filled out ahead of time; access it through the button below. It will require a printer. If you are unable to download and print the documents, please arrive at the beginniner of your timeslot to fill paperwork out in person. Please also indicate this when you schedule above so we can have it printed and ready for you upon arrival.
Proof of what qualifies you to participate in FreeHouse will be required at the first visit.

Revolution Wellness Center was founded in 2008 and is run by its founder, Dr. Suzy Youngquist. Dr. Suzy is a Christ follower and is compelled to reach into our community to serve those in need. She firmly believes in the power of God to heal and deliver us from pain and sickness. That's why we have chosen the name "FreeHouse" - a place to come for freedom. Our team is excited to come alongside you and see God work in your life. We believe He desires to "see you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers," 3 John 1:2. Ultimately, we are an extension of His hands and feet, serving our community in love.
