Revolution Massage Policy & Procedures

Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play an integral role in your overall health, healing, and well-being.

It is our intention to provide our patients with a professional and therapeutic massage. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies. Please review the policies outlined below to ensure you have the best experience: 



At the time of booking your massage, a credit card will be captured in order to reserve the appointment. After your massage has been received another form of payment may be tendered. We accept all major credit card, cash, checks and gift cards.



Due to the high demand for massage therapy in our office, we request you schedule being mindful of your availability, and your ability to keep your appointment. This honors our massage therapists' time and expertise. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.



If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened to maintain our schedule. 

The full amount of the service fee will be charged.



Massage clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. After one missed massage, in which you provide no notice, we will cancel the remainder of your massage appointments.
