Exercise science is always changing. Exercise is a great tool to lose weight, boost metabolism and to help overall health and well-being. Our mentors Dr. Pompa & Dr. Mercola have some unique and effective methods they use for their patients to gain strength, stability and boost metabolism. 

NECK EXERCISES

As a patient of Revolution Chiropractic Wellness Center, we want you to get the best results for your treatments. We highly encourage exercises and stretches to help keep your muscles, ligaments, and vertebra all in alignment. If you have tight and coiled muscles/ligaments it will make the correction process not as effective and may take longer to accomplish wanted health goals. It is vital to do stretches, traction, tissue releasing and NUTRITION! Check out our nutrition page to see what you can do to limit inflammation and support your structural system. 

TRACTION EXERCISES - "ARC OF LIFE CORRECTION EXERCISES"

At first, traction exercises may irritate or bother the neck structures. If that is happening to you, please tell the Doctors so that we can troubleshoot some of the irritation factors. Some ideas to consider: When is the last time you had a massage to release your muscles/ligaments/fascia of restrictions and scar tissue? If it has been awhile then you will need to have a massage performed, especially on the neck to further help the cervical spine to release and be encouraged to make structural changes. If you are getting massages on a regular basis consider doing the traction exercises after an adjustment to see if that helps to loosen your structure. Again, please inform the doctor if this is happening to you. We want you to be able to do traction with ease as it helps the overall process of your spinal correction.
